At Icarus Football, we want to ensure your kit fits perfectly and looks sharp on the pitch. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any non-customized items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items, with original tags still attached, back into their original packaging or a secure shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
